Possible to play a dynamic folder?

Is it possible for vlc to play all the files in a folder and then continuously play new files I add to the folder? I have a new video file added each hour, and each file is 1 hour in length so I just want VLC to keep playing the new files.

Im also interested in this question, I want to organize a broadcasting channel with this option.. I hope someone will answer.
