Turn off Transparency

Hey Hou

Is there an option to turn off any transparency whatsoever? Like in fullscreen the menu that appears when you move your mouse is half way transparent. The black background bar for subtitles is half way transparent. This is very annoying and I would like to turn it off.

I looked at the settings (used the show all option) and everything was set to 255 (full opacity). Did I miss anything?

Thx for help
Lars

1.1.11/1.1.9
Windows/Linux Mint

But I'd take any version with any OS basically.

Sure, set the opacity of the fullscreen controler to 1

aehm, the how is the question :D

I found the option for the fullscreen menu thingy, aparently I was just blind :D

But the subtitle background is still semi transparent. the one you can choose as text effect (thin lines, thick lines and background).

I need this because sometimes the video has chinese subtitles embedded and they distract a lot from reading the english subtitles.

For subtitles, you'll be able to do that only in 1.2
