Timed playback please help

Postby shartep » 22 Aug 2011 16:46

Hello everyone

Im desperate for advice from you experienced guys. Lets say i got TV/monitor etc in reception of company im working for.
Now someone requested me to set up a timed video playback (dont ask me why... )
I got pc connected to the TV and i need it to play for example video "A" at 10.00am and video "B" at 14.00 video "C" at 17.00 etc etc . Without any human intervention. Is this achievable on win xp ?

Please help

Thanks soo much for any ideas

Mike

Isn't there a task scheduler on Windows exactly for that sort of stuff?

You also have VLM with schedule.
But yes, the OS task scheduler may be more simple.
