Ok i got the skin thats was in a .rar, when unzip i get all the resource and a xml file but i can'r get it to apply.Is there a way to convert it to .vlt?

you have to .tar.gz the file then rename the "yourskin.tar.gz" to "yourskin.vlt"

BTW, when changing skin, you have the possibility to open the .xml file directly instead of the .vlt one. This is particularly useful when developing a new skin, to avoid creating a .tar.gz after every change.
