How do I remove a Gospel Graphic that appears when VLC start

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

How do I remove a Gospel Graphic that appears when VLC start

Postby grandepagh » 29 Jun 2011 15:04

I am happy to join the VideoLAN Forum. I did not realize how comprehensive VLC was until recently, I have been using VLC for about a year now and found it to be one of the better media players. With the advent of video which is becoming very popular on social networks, websites and advertisements I would like to learn more about VLC. I visited your wiki page and will be reviewing the information over the next few days.

My question for today is, I notice a Graphic appears when I start VLC and it is loading the video or audio file. It seems to be art work for a Gospel Album of some kind. If it is an audio file I am loading the graphic will remain until the audio playback finishes, if it is a video I am watching the graphic will cut to the video when the video playback starts.

Question: What is this graphic, How did it get there, How can I remove it, Can I replace it with some other graphic?

Thank you VLC.
