Is there a way to play video while playing...

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

Is there a way to play video while playing...

Postby sl0wburn » 25 May 2011 03:02

Is it possible to play a video (.mov) while playing a m3u playlist or all audio tracks in a folder?

The current method I use is playing my .mov and .m3u in two separate instances.

I'd love to consolidate it in to one, with one static video and a playlist.

Or at least can I play all .mp3 files in a folder that could be updated at any time? Like a dynamic playlist or something?

Thanks! Loving VLC!

Did you try to use
advanced open file -> Show more options -> play another medium at the same time
(these are not the original names, I have a german VLC player)?
