VLC 1.1.9

can't play DVD folder with diacritics (see errors below).
When I rename "Höhle" to "Hohle", the errors don't appear.

DVDRead could not open the disc "F:\+movies\1-watch\() Die Höhle des gelben Hundes\VIDEO_TS".
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'dvd://F:\+movies\1-watch\() Die Höhle des gelben Hundes\VIDEO_TS\'. Check the log for details.

Should already be fixed in VLC 1.2.

It's not open (yet). You need to use trac.videolan.org if you want to file bugs against VLC 1.2.
