Change Black loading Screen

Hello all,
when I have a video, at the beginning it usually takes a few milliseconds to load the video in VLC, during this time a black screen appears. Is it somehow possible to change that black screen, to any other color? If so, how would I do that, either by commandline or by the GUI?
