vlc dosent play

vlc reconizes the file but dosent play it at all, ive had to use mpc play to get it to work
codec:H264-mpeg-4 avc(part 10) (h264).
i dont have any problems with any other h264 files just this one

To help you, we need
messages, to completely understand what your problems is.
To fix this, please be sure
before you start the playback to:
- Open: Tools -> Messages.
- Set Verbosity to 2
- Start playback to reproduce your issue
- Save text in a file or copy into clipboard
- Then paste the full resulting log here between [code]and[/code] (or use Pastebin.com if it's too long)
Also don't forget to name your
Operating System and provide the
VLC media player version.

i have no idea wha t you said there, could you please explain. whats verbosity?
