sys-volume change not possible when VLC not in background

Hi

since 1.1.6 or 1.1.7 version it's not possible anymore to change the system audio volume (with "hotkeys" on my mouse or keyboard) when VLC is in foreground. now when i want to change it i have to exit full-screen playback, click on e.g. the task-bar, then change the volume and re-enter fullscreen.

Don't know what you've changed but change it back so that's it's not "blocking" these shortcut-keys to change the volume. please
i use VLC windows version on win7 x64.

BTW: VLC = best player i know of. keep it going!
