vlc-plugin-mad for win32?

Hi,

First off, glad to be a new member of this forum.

Now to my question,

I am wonderign if there is any way to use vlc-plugin-mad-0.8.1-8mdk.i586
on vlc player running on a win32 platform?

This is because i love the winamp mad plugin, but the amp player 2.91 is aged, and i would love to use vlc player with this mad decoder.

vlc has used mad as it's primary mp3 decoder for years now. If you can listen to mp3 files with vlc on windows, then that plugin is at work
