Correct playback , incorrect transcoding (HD)

Hello,
I have video from my Sony HDR-HC9 which is in AVCHD format (HD, 1080i 50). It is only played correctly when DeInterlacing turned ON and DeInterlacing mode set to "Interpolate". How could I transcode my video with these settings applied? When I try to transcode, even with "DeInterlacing" ON (in Convert dialog) the VLC player saves file with each second frame dropped , so whole video becomes flickering.
