Saving and Loading Playlist adds Commas to Name

With VLC 0.8.1 (windows), when I save a playlist, then load it, each name gets a comma prefixed to it. As I add new items and save the changes, I get more and more commas before the name.

Is this a known bug?

known bug, fixed in development version.

Thats good to hear. Do prebuilt windows binaries exist for the development version?
