Audio streaming skipping

Hi,
I'm trying to setup studio transmitter link for my radio station with VLC. HTTP with MP3 transcoding is used, buffer on server is 200ms and 1200ms on client. This works perfectly for a few hours, but after this period, audio starts to skip. Only I have to do is to click STOP and PLAY on client VLC and stream continues to run fluently.
Ping between computers is just 2-3ms, connection is fully reliable. I don't have no idea how to fix this issue. Is there any solution?
