VLC with Exterity encoder

It's been a while since I used vlc. I can't work out how to enter the multicast url and what to set the cache to. The Exerity is multicasting on 239.255.255.100 49408 video and 49406 audio TTL 7 CBT 9000kbs. I can change the ports on the encoder and change the speed. 9000k is teh max that works with the hardware decoders that I have. Search the faq and forums but have not found any clues as yet.
