Playlist and folder's content

Hi.
Can we create (if yes how ?) a playlist which can play the content of a folder.
explanation:
We have a folder called MyFolder with 2 files inside.
We create a playlist called MyPList which played the folder's content (by now 2 files)
Let us modify MyFolder by adding a third file.
without any modification, MyPList play the 3 files inside MyFolder.
If it's possible, how can we create such a playlist?
