BUG: Video wont load...

Hi,
When i open any video and quickly minimize the VLC Player window. The video wont load.
This bug is reproducible.
I tried to report the bug in https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/newticket. It is not logging me in with the http://forum.videolan.org credentials. Kindly also tell me how to register there.
