Won't play some .tp files

I have two .tp videos recorded two versions of BeyondTV (3.8.0 and 4.9.3). The newer version won't play. Below are logs (logger and messages) of the file that won't play and messages from the file that plays. I've read on the snapsteam forums that other users can play version 4 files so I've posted this here.
