Deactivate overlay or use VLC integrated snapshot function

I tried to do this
Dim args As String() = New String() {"-I", "--no-overlay", "dummy", "--ignore-config", "--plugin-path=F:\plugins"}
But that does not work

Use integrated VLC snapshot function then.
