video stuttering

I am sorry to trouble you by this urgent problem. Now I am using VLC to test some transport stream broadcasted from network. My system is Winxp, I am using VLC <a style='text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 3px double;' href="http://www.serverlogic3.com/lm/rtl3.asp ... a%20player" onmouseover="window.status='<a style='text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 3px double;' href="http://www.serverlogic3.com/lm/rtl3.asp ... a%20player" onmouseover="window.status='media player'; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;">media player</a>'; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;">media player</a> 0.8.1. the transport stream is generated by third party encoder, which integrated its own mpeg2 codec and network protocol. When this transport stream is broadcasted at local network, I use VLC to receive it. At first, the effect of video is ok, with time passing by, the video become dithering and I noticed some warnings from message. After about one day, the video becoming worse and worse, and you can see more and more warnings.

I want to know what these warnings meant so that I can check whether there is problem with the codec or network protocol. Any idea will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Following is the warning from Vlc player:

main warning: vout synchro warning: pts != current_date (-32578)
