FLV to stream to WOwza

I was wondering if someone might help with a use for VLC that might be a little out of the ordinary, however I have given up hope on all other possibilities.
I have a Foscam Webcam that I can View and transcode to FLV with VLC.
What I need to be able to do however is feed a Wowza server (running on the same machine). Effectively I think I need to emulate Adove Live FLV Encoder, and send the outpout to the Wowza Server on an IP and Port. On the Adobe we simly use a loopback port 127.0.0.1 and this works fine.
Can VLC replicate this kind of output? If not what kinds of configurations can I use to feed Wowza with live video from VLC that work?
Thanks
