SDT table

Hello everyone,
I have to stream video with PSI tables (PAT, PMT, SDT) from VLC and according to your wiki help pages I am unable to get right syntax for define these tables. Can you please send me syntax for generating these tables (or link to page with information) for regular generating of SDT and PMT tables?
