is there a plug in available which allows you to alter the audio/video sync on screen without opening the menu? An adjustable meter type thing where you slide the button along to move one back/forward?
Know it's a long shot but would be extremely handy....

Default keys are k and j.
See Tools -> Preferences (Show settings = ALL) -> Interface -> Hotkeys settings
