I added you an example .m3u below, but I don't think that the files are the problem. All of mine were created with a VLC over years. The prefix "file://" of newer files do not change the behavior. It's just that the player do not start playing the first track of the file but the first of the vlc playlist and the newly added songs from a .m3u are the last songs.
