why vlc 1.1.1 still includes playlist that is impossible to play?

Because there is not a tester checking every playlist service every day and a developer making a new release of them.

Maybe it works only in France because with 1.0 i had same issue. This should be downloadable as addon not included in default VLC package.

Can anyone confirm this from another country that he can watch french.tv with 1.1.1 then i know to test proxy for watching?
