Sound Sync problems MP4

Hi,
Just purchased a Sony Bloogie, the MHS-CM5 (Full Hd 1080)
Shot 4 x 1-minute clips in different resoltuions.
1. 1920 x 1080 30P HD (75mb)
2. 1280 x 720 60P HD (45mb)
3. 1280 x 720 30P HD (32mb)
4. 640 x 480 30P SD (16mb)
I then copied the files from the SD-card to MYDocs, and used VLC player 1.1.0 to playback.
The first 3-files were totally out of sync, vision, then sound lagging way behind.
ALL EXCEPT for test no.4 (640x480) clip which was perfect!
I then connected the Sony bloggie onto my TV, and plyed them directly,
everything was perfect, excellent picture, and all in sync.
I would welcome any ideas on what the problem maybe.
I've got a decent PC, with plenty of Ram etc, so no problem there.
Regards,
Donald
UPDATE: Just installed Windows Media player 9 + Klite codec pack.
All above MP4 play fine. With no delays. Tried VLC again, same out of sync problem.
