I am using Lucid and tried to install a skin that does not work (bear with me I am new to this), now VLC opens with the error "File reading fail" and it launches two black window with no toolbars to fix anything. ? Why? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, removing the bunk skin file and tried
sudo apt-get purge vlc
and
sudo aptitude purge vlc
Help! I am sad now, I want to use the player.
