How to stop recording buffering, dump raw input doesn't work

Hello,

I am trying to watch / record a video and don't want to sit through the buffering...
It will stream/play normally, but it is not working by the save/convert.

Recording from the red button while streaming does work but this records the buffering /freeze/pause and defeats the purpose of downloading

Is there a way to record while streaming and not record the buffering? I don't understand the scripts, but can it be done through this?
