I like the way that I can change the volume with the scroll on a mouse. The problem is, I want it to be more accurate. As of right now, whenever I scroll, it changes the volume by 12.5%, and if the cursor is on the volume bar, it changes by 3%.

I'd like to know if there's a setting I can change so that it changes by 1% for each scroll, or a magnitude of less than 12.5% (whilst not pointing to the volume bar).
