Problem with 1080 files.

Hello! I am always using VLC for playing videos, and i have noticed some incredible annoying problems when i am playing 1080 movies. My computer is new, so i dont think thats the problem.. I have AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor (4 CPU's) 3.4 GHz, 8 GB ram, and XFX Radeon HD 5850 1 GB graphic card.
The problem i have is that when i start the movie i always get these annoying ''pixels'' or what to call it, i dont really know what it is .. Sometimes its just a little bit, and i usually just have to exit fullscreen mode and re-enter it to get it away, but sometimes there is so many ''pixels'' that i cant see anything, the whole screen is covered with it. The same solution for this is to exit fullscreen mode and re-enter it. It probably doesnt sound that bad, but it gets annoying when it happens kinda often.. HOWEVER, for me who is a BIG anime fan the biggest problem is that the audio sometimes suddenly stops for like 0.5 second, so i dont see the subtitle.. That forces me to fast backward, so i can see it again since i dont understand japanese and have to see the english subtitle..
Do anyone know what the problem to this is? Ive been looking around everywhere, searched on google and everything, but i just cant find a solution.
Please help me :-/ And sorry for misspelling, my english kinda sucks ^^
Thanks in advance!
