Converting from 1080p into a lower format
Posted: 19 May 2010 19:42
Hello,
i took a video in the format 1080p: 1920x1080 (codec avc1 with 30 frames) , but the resolution is to high for my Laptop, so i want to convert the video into a lower format as for example 320x240
I looked in the manuals, in the wiki and searched in the web.. but I dont find the right menue point.
First effort:
There is under Menue Media the Option for convert and save - i have to select the file.. select more options .
Then there are the Profiles ??? I dont know what the different profiles are, but there is no menue point to change the resolution...
![Sad :-(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
Second effort:
unter tools preferences (all setings) steam output/transcode there are options fpr video width and hight... but where can i type in the output file - i went to the Media/Streaming menue, but there is also no "save as" menue... (i cant find it
)
So, my question: what is the right menue point to convert/transcode and SAVE a video
When there ist as "How-To" please send the url to me
Thanks for your answers
