green and many color horizontal lines across screen

Hey all, when I put in a specific (R2) DVD I get green and many other color horizontal lines that jump across the screen. I have tried the DVD on a home DVD player and it works fine and I have not had problems with any other DVDs. It plays this way on the menus and in the film and I have tried every single video setting in the preferences menu. It also causes the audio to skip also. If anyone has had this experience, knows how to fix it let me know. Thanks in advance.
