Tweaking mousewheel jump and volume control

Right now when you put the mouse over the video or progress bar you can jump forward/backward and control the volume with the mousewheel. Is there any way to tweak these values? The video jump is over a minute and the volume goes up/down 12% which is too large. I know you can change the mousewheel function so that you can tweak the video jump value but that gets rid of the volume function. I would like to keep the functions the same but be able to tweak the values.

Yes, you can define the volume step in the preferences in ALL->Audio.
Default step is 32 meaning 12,5%

You can define the jump size in the hotkeys section in preferences->All

Hi, got the audio setting to work but the video jump is tricky. When you put the mouse over the progress bar and use the mousewheel to jump, the value is not tied to any of the time jumps in the preferences. It only seems to jump a different amount depending on the length of your video.

Setting the mousewheel x-axis or binding it to one of the hotkeys only changes the function when you hover over the video area but that means you get rid of the volume function.

Sorry, didn't quite get what you meant. I want to change the time jump value "only" when you put your mouse over the progress/seeker? bar and use the mouse scroll wheel. None of the options changes this. Sorry if I am not making it clear.

No, I wanted to say that you are probably right, the mousewheeling on the seeker is different from seeking anywhere else.

Enable Gestures then you can use Click (and hold mouse button) and move slightly right to skip 10 seconds, click (hold) and left to skip backwards 10 seconds.

The 10 second skip CAN be altered in the Hotkey Settings > Short Jump Length > enter required skip length.
