Error In Opening URL Stream

Whenever I try to open a URL Stream, this error message appears:
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://ss3.hayag.com/v/a771ae2f-1637-4c ... 43.3.0.wmv'. Check the log for details.
Kindly help and assist me in resolving this problem.
