keeping video same size when swapping

Ok, not sure how exactly to keyword this so i couldn't do it in google.

But basically I want VLC to do the same thing you can do in WMP where if you keep the window the same size if you change the file, it will keep to that set size and scale it to that all the time. Rather than resizing the window each time.

Is that possible?

Okay, figured it out, too - you have to uncheck "Resize interface to the native video size" checkbox in Preferences -> Interface -> Main interfaces -> Qt. But be aware that doing so will effectively --please stay polite-- up zooming.
