je voudrais realiser une radio a vec vls mais comment je peux fair eje voudrais qu oon m explique

Please keep in mind that this is an English speaking forum.
So if I understand you correctly, you want to create a "radio" using VLS. I think we need a little more detail on what you want to do exactly.
1) First of all it is likely that you'll want to use VLC instead of VLS.
2) Please browse through the documentation for background information and howto's.
3) What kind of input do you want to stream? Radio from a capture card, or a stream (internet radio), or else? Dependent on the input you may want to transcode.
4) How do you want to stream? Uni/multicast, HTTP etc.
Basically I suggest that you start reading the documentation first.
