reopening movie-file at last play point

Hi, all.
Tell me please, if I can in vlc make so that :
1) reopening movie-file it will be opened at last play point.
2) when movie-file has played till end it must started playing from the start
3) in setting hot-keys I found how to set size 1:2 or 2:1, but I did not found how to set size 1:1, for example if I want to return from 1:2 size.

I searched that all and did find it at all.
