Wen you are playing a Video file how can you go Frame by Frame?
I know you first Puase the Video then what?? in VLC

Enable View / Advanced controls. There is a button for frame-by-frame.

I have VLC and wen I am in full screen mode and I have the controles at the bottum the controles flicker real fast.
Just in full screen mode and I want my controles visable and they flicker so fast I can't use them.
Why and how can I help this?
I have Onboard ATi Video and win xp pro
And 3 GB of RAMN
