Problem with dump from arte.tv

when i try to dump this

I only have the sound or the video. I try changing the VLC configuration with the encoding MPEG,OGG etc.. but it's always the same problem.

i can see the film with vlc or with another player. But with VLC i can't store the film without any compression.

I don't know what is the good configuration for vlc.
