vlc idiot needs expert help

I recently had a court case where I got kangaroo justice. the judge remastered the testimony to prevent my obtaining a good appeal. it was presented on a fortherecord format. I broke it into the 15- 5minute vlc audio files. however I don't have enough knowledge to go further. the files were obviously modified after the proceeding but seem to have the proper time stamps. the file names are somewhat sequential until half way through then they change to another sequence. can anything be known by file names? is the "date created" in the properties window the time the file was finished or started? can anyone look at the files and see what they can see. i'm willing to pay for expertise. i just want information that can put me in the right direction. i don't want anyone to testify or anything like that.
