Hello I am use the windows media encoder 9 to stream a tv chanel with a tv card on my pc, and with the media encoder 9 i can send the tv signal to a media server.
I need to know if in tne VLC i can do the same because in Windows media encoder the stream all down all most the times.
The VLC have the possibility to send de tv card signal to a stream server (ex. 192.169.5.6)??
