So, in the media player displays fine, but VLC always wrote "caching"
Is the problem?
PS: in the media player displays video resolution of 384 x 288 and the VLC 720x540
PPS: a media player, wrote a maximum speed of 2048 kbps and 275 kbps selected, available bandwidth 918 kbps, used band 313kbit
in VLC band 1300 kbps
