How come the toolbar editor doesn't work right? I've tried everything to move buttons, delete buttons, and rearrange buttons but nothing works or nothing changes when I click 'close'. I'm trying to rearrange my full screen buttons and I've tried everything and nothing works. What's that about? Thank you for responding.

Fullscreen bar changes are saved after restart. The normal should work right away.
