VLC for Mac OS 9

Hi, i don't know if this is the correct place to ask this, but i could not find a better one (sorry)
Can you tell me if there is a VLC version for Mac OS 9 ?! Where can i find it? any link?

There is none. VLC never ran on Mac OS 9 and probably never will unless someone gets really bored someday. VLC requires serious threading and other core OS features which aren't available on Mac OS 9. Additionally, most Macs still running Mac OS 9 are probably too slow to play most videos anyway. The faster Mac OS 9 capable Macs are also capable to run early releases of Mac OS X which I would strongly recommend you to do. There are VLC versions available for OS X since day one.
