Commandline - Obtain Title

Hi,

I'm trying to obtain title and artist information from vlc on the commandline.
e.g. starting vlc and tune in to a shoutcast stream:
vlc.exe -vvv http://www.977music.com/977hitz.pls

and get the correponding title/artist info on stdout for further parsing.

Is there a way to tell vlc to print this information?
