How to use VLC to encode .ts files.

Postby hobnob » 15 Feb 2010 15:46

Hello all. :)

I would like to use VLC Convert/Save feature to convert my .ts files saved from my Humax Foxsat HDR, into a format that can be edited in Windows Movie Maker.

I have tried various Profile and Encapsulation settings, but the result is always a very mushy unsynchronised mess.

Could anyone advise me on how to get a quality conversion. I will be using the edited file in AV2HDR, to allow them to be played back in the Humax.

Many thanks
