MP4 File - Corrupted output

Hello,
I have a mp4 file which was created by x264 CLI that is not played correctly in VLC. It gives me this type of output. The same file is played correctly in MPC-HC and after remuxing it to a mkv file in VLC too, so I think there is something wrong.
