VlC 1.03-1.05 Very Weird Problems...>>>.

Hello VLC users....
I have so many problems with my VLC , Currently installed version is 1.05 ,ok let me give my system specs first...
Intel C2D e7200 @2.53ghZ
4gb Corsair ddr2 ram
XFX nVIDIA 8600gt 512mb card with latest 196.21 drivers
OS Dual Boot Windows 7 and Windows XP SP3
let me get to the point...
1: when i play any Highdefinition videos Eg. Transformers -Revenge of fallen (8GB MKV format) it stutters like no hardware acceleration sometimes , and when i seek to next position the video becomes like pixelated and clears like watching WMV videos .. i don't what's the problem this is happening in XP and Windows 7 sometimes in 1.03 the seekbar constantly blinks... i think the blinking problem is fixed in 1.05 version,,,,
2: is there a way to save custom Eq settings in vlc
3: the subtiles is not clear means it's not drawed on VMR surface , so no clarity with subtiles...
Otherwise it;'s a great player.....
