Hello all I'm new to this forum but have been using VLC for awhile now and for the most part dont have really any problems with it.
So someone sent me a video awhile back that was taken either on a Camcorder or Digital Camera and it is an .AVI file and I use VLC to play it. The video is only a few seconds long but after the video is done playing the progam looks like it switches to play another file but I can tell its the same file as it has the same name this time VLC show it about 59 minutes long but there is no video or sound the program doesnt even display the screen. Its almost as if there is more to the file that the VLC cannot play or maybe just data . Hopefully I'm making sense. I have tried playing this in other programs such as Quicktime and Windows Media Player but those programs just show the small clip. Any Ideas
