VLC-CLient RTSP Authentication Schemes

Hi All,

In order to interoperate a custom RTSP server with VLC-Client,
I want to know information related to VLC Client authentication schemes.

1.What are the authentication schemes supported by VLC-RTSP-CLIENT ?
2.Does it support Digest authentication scheme with MD5/MD5-sess encryption ?
3.Does it support Basic authentication
